3. Passivation

The copper passivating agent we are using now is a chromium-free passivating agent. The chromium-free passivating agent does not contain hexavalent chromium or trivalent chromium, has excellent environmental protection performance, and the formed passivation film does not affect the electrical conductivity and has good corrosion resistance.
